You are requested to immediately convene a meeting with the District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) and ensure that all low-lying areas are properly identified. Furthermore, relief centers must be stocked with adequate provisions, and emergency response teams should be placed on high alert. 3. Detailed reports regarding the preliminary arrangements made in your respective districts should be submitted to the Government on or before the 10th of next month without fail.
